We had a rough night last night with some very high winds and heck and lighting. I got a call a short time ago to come to the marina where I keep my boat , it had been hit by a tornado. I lucked out I guess there were boats there with mast down and several docks still floating free. A couple of boats were against the rocks. All told I only lost a jib and several dock lines . The marina is blocked and we will not be able to get out for a couple of days. but it could have been worst.

Any sail boat regardless of size is a potential world cruiser, but a power boat is nothing more than a big expense at the next fuel dock
